Ebony Desk Pen

This elegant desk pen is crafted entirely in Berlin. The metal parts were precision-turned in Grunewald, while the body is turned in my workshop and made from a piece of ebony that carries a remarkable story.

The wood is over 60 years old and once formed part of a master carpenter’s Gesellenstück (journeyman’s piece). Its dense, deep black grain gives the pen both weight and presence, making it not only a writing instrument but also a piece of history.
